Chronic Fatigue Unpacked

 We all know someone who is suffering from unexplained fatigue, yet may not have found the answers to get well.  

While every case of chronic fatigue can be unique, there are distinct aspects of the condition that can be supported to begin regaining health and wellness. In this 3 part series, Dr. Craig will unpack the many factors that can contribute to chronic fatigue.

 

1. The Physical Process to Chronic fatigue Unpacked

In this first session, Dr. Craig will explain how our physical world and things we have been unknowingly exposed to from our environment can affect our health and wear us down.

 

2. The Mental Emotional Process of Chronic Fatigue Unpacked

In this session, Dr. Craig will explain how our emotions and stress load can wear us down, which then affects our health and leads to chronic fatigue. We will dive into the top 7 toxic emotions and mindsets that can lead us into or keep us stuck in chronic fatigue.  Depression, worry, or anxiety can all play a role.

 

3. The Physiological Effects of Chronic Fatigue: Break the Cycles to Get Well

In this session, Dr. Craig will discuss how the body has become stuck in downward physical and emotional cycle of survival that leads to daunting fatigue.  But he won’t leave you there!  We’ll also discuss practical ways to break that cycle and restore your energy and health.
